From a sunset beach barbecue to a surprise rendition from Love Actually after the ceremony, Dave and Stephanie’s wedding at the chic Coral Pavilion was one for the books.
The couple hosted their friends and family at Point Grace Resort for their wedding weekend, where they welcomed everyone with a beach barbecue rehearsal party. For their wedding day, they booked Coral Pavilion on Grace Bay Beach. And for most of the big day, it looked as if the weather wasn’t going to cooperate for Dave and Stephanie’s nuptials on the beach. But the clouds parted just in time, and the sun came out before the couple said their I do’s.
The wedding theme for these two lovebirds? Lovers in paradise, of course. So it was only natural for us to incorporate birds of paradise floral arrangements throughout the event. We worked closely with the bride to highlight those same bright colors found in the flowers through the accent decor.
One of our favorite moments from the wedding: As Dave and Stephanie walked down the aisle together after the ceremony, their children surprised them by playing a rendition of the song “All You Need Is Love” a la Love Actually — with each person playing their own instrument. We think that may be one of the most memorable moments for the bride and groom, too.
Kissing Fish made sure the weekend was filled with tantalizing food and drinks, and the newlyweds and their families danced the night away with William John from Subtronic Sound.
Many congratulations, Dave and Stephanie. Wishing you both a world of happiness as you embark on this new chapter together, clearly with lots of love and support from your beautiful families.
