In almost every wedding, there are two stars of the show: The bride and groom. But for this Grace Bay Beach wedding, while Madison and Robert shone bright in their chic and elegant attire as they committed to each other in a beautifully intimate ceremony, their young son and best man, Colt, nearly stole the show.
After getting ready at the Gansevoort, Madison and Robert did a first look in a private area of the resort. Anita of Brilliant Studios captured the joy on their faces as they saw each other for the first time before exchanging their vows. They had photos taken around the resort and enjoyed a drink at the bar before heading to the beach for their ceremony.
The couple wanted a more private location for their wedding rather than in front of their resort, so we set up at a public beach access farther down Grace Bay Beach. They said their “I do’s” under a wooden gazebo decked with flowers in shades of ivory, pink and peach, and draped in flowing greenery. Dressed to the nines in his mini tux, Colt oversaw the ceremony with a small group of family.
After they made it official, Madison and Robert had sunset photos taken on the beach. It was business as usual until a tourist walking by got a little cheeky, so to speak — baring his bottom for the wedding party and the camera. The whole family got a laugh (and a hilarious keepsake photo) out of it.
The newlyweds capped off the wedding with a romantic private dinner on the beach, just the two of them, as they watch the last bit of daylight disappear behind the Grace Bay horizon. Cheers to you and your beautiful family, Madison and Robert. We wish you many more years of happy seaside memories together.
