The classy and elegant wedding of Steve and Andrea at The Somerset on Grace Bay was one to remember for us. And aside from their gorgeous Grace Bay wedding, our favorite part of this couple’s love story? They were set up by their moms, who were both teachers at the same school when they invited the pair out with them for drinks one night in hopes they would hit it off. You know what they say: Mom always knows best!
The day before the wedding, Steve and Andrea held a fun-filled rehearsal at Bay Bistro, complete with party bird floaties and corn hole on the beach. The following day, Steve and Andrea exchanged their vows in an idyllic wedding ceremony on the lawn at The Somerset overlooking the ocean.
Highlights from their reception included a neon sign on a grass wall for fun photo ops, a custom bar and a cookie station—all were big hits! Dinner was catered by Kissing Fish Catering and enjoyed on the back croquet lawn of The Somerset, followed by an evening of dancing under a transparent tent decked out with twinkle lights for a magical ambience.
It was a night to remember to the bride and groom and all of their guests—and for us as well! Thank you, Steve and Andrea, for choosing Tropical DMC to be a part of your wedding.
