The love story of Carly-Ann and Casey is a serendipitous one, with deep roots right here in the Turks & Caicos. Let’s start from the beginning, in the late 1980s, when Carly-Ann’s parents worked for the first large hotel on Providenciales: Club Med Turkoise. It was here on the island affectionately known by locals as “Provo” that Carly-Ann was conceived. It was also here, in 1998, that Carly-Ann’s parents recruited Casey’s brother to work for the resort.
Fourteen years later, Casey (who was then also working for Club Med) and Carly-Ann met here when she came to the island for a vacation with friends. A year later, the two found each other while working for Club Med in Mexico. They remained only friends until they were both moved back to Club Med Turkoise, where their romance blossomed.
After getting engaged in 2017, it was clear that all roads led to a Turks & Caicos wedding. And luckily for us, a friend of the couple’s recommended Tropical DMC as the best in the business. In February, it all came full circle: Carly-Ann and Casey vowed to spend the rest of their lives together on the tiny island that brought them together in the Turks & Caicos.
Their venue, a private beachfront villa on Provo’s north shore, provided the most idyllic setting for a wedding. We love when we have beautiful spaces to work with, so we can create a scene that builds on the natural beauty of the surroundings. And as usual, Flowers by EA did an incredible job making magic with their floral designs.
As you’ll see from the photos, Carly-Ann and Casey are a gorgeous and happy couple, too. The best kind of couples are the ones who never stop smiling. It was a pleasure to be a small part of this Turks & Caicos love story by coordinating Carly-Ann and Casey’s magazine-worthy wedding. And something tells me they’ll be back again…
